Art Club

Adrienne has a classic example of free-market ingenuity:

A strip club owner in Boise, ID, tried to get around that city’s anti-nudity statutes by giving patrons sketch pads and pencils so that they could draw the strippers. The anti-nudity law makes an exception for “serious artistic merit,” you see. Christopher Teague (the owner) believes that the law is unconstitutional, and though a similar law has been upheld in Pennsylvania, he’s going to challenge Boise’s ordinance.

Ha!
