* Gmail keeps serving me an ad with the headline “Beastie Boys Take on KFC.” The text of the ad reads, “The Beasties write a letter urging KFC to stop abusing chickens.” This brings to my mind the flyers that were circulated at a Morrissey concert I attended. The flyers touted “Kentucky Fried Cruelty” in the same bold colors and fonts used by the business they were protesting. All I could think was, “Man, some fried chicken would really hit the spot.”
