Yesterday, I loaded the fPod up with some nerdcore. My opinion: not so good. There are moments from the various nerdly rappers but nothing that’s even as good as MC Chris who is obviously their god.

Today I received a random MySpace friend request from Just Jack, checked him out and loved it. Downloaded the three available songs and have been enjoying them all day. According to the (probably formulaic) message he sent me via MySpace, he’d noticed I was “friends” with Lily Allen and thought I might like his music as well. It’s a good comparison. Both play a laid back, hip-hop and ska-influenced pop music heavy on the English accent.
