Boris just alerted me to this documentary: Strange Powers: Stephin Merritt and the Magnetic Fields. Merritt is a huge influence on me even though I’m not a fanboy or completist by any means. I have random recordings of his. But I just love his aesthetics and attitude. Can’t wait to see this film.
