I emailed the webmaster of abmp3 and explained I’d be happy to allow them to host the files or send their links to my song pages but I didn’t want them to hotlink my files.

Here’s their reply:

We have responded to your letter and all links you asked to remove from our site, will be removed in 24h.

So I guess that’s settled.
