When I uploaded the videos from The Stage last week, I hit 100 videos available on my YouTube channel. And a while ago, I passed 100 songs available in my songbook.

These are pretty significant milestones for me. I started to type something about not wanting quantity over quality but then thought: I don’t believe that. I do prefer quantity over quality a lot when it comes to music and other art that I like. I like seeing how my favorite musicians develop a song. I like knowing what a rough version sounds like, if you can hear the goodness of the song in a home-recorded version.

So for me, having 100 videos on YouTube and more than 100 in my song library means I’m doing what I set out to do: which is just to show what I do with music.
