Willie Nelson might not get out of his pot bust so easily after all. According to this article,

A judge in El Paso, Texas, has rejected a plea deal that would have resolved Nelson’s marijuana possession case in West Texas with a fine, saying the country singer shouldn’t get what she considers special treatment.

This should just go to highlight how fucking ridiculous laws regarding marijuana are in the US. A 77 year old man busted by a law enforcement agency that shouldn’t have been busting people for that anyway may now have to go to jail because he had 6 ounces of a plant on his bus.
