Tegan and Sara released their video for “Closer” last week. They’ve had a “lyric” video out since September. I like the song. Though I am puzzled with the sound a bit. I thought Sainthood was incredible. And I liked the song T&S did with Morgan Page. And I do wonder if this is more of a production choice than a songwriting direction. What I mean is, I wonder if they just danced up a rock song or if they went in with a dance song. This makes me think it’s the former. I’m interested to hear the new album. Although I have no idea why it takes so long to get a damn album out.
