I am bad at sleeping
And look, I know it’s my fault. I don’t lie in bed with a tablet or phone every night but I’m often on my laptop until late. However, even on days when I’m not on any device, I’ll still sleep terribly. Mostly, I just don’t sleep enough. 7 hours would be a gift. 6.5 is probably the most I get regularly.
So though I don’t try a lot of “sleep hacks” besides “get in bed before midnight and don’t stare at a computer device,” I always notice hacks and tools like these.
I don’t know that I’ll pay $280 for a “sleep system” that amounts to lot more tech right next to my face. But it’s cool that it exists.
